Commercial Aviation is highly regulated, rigidly controlled and highly competitive – as such Returns on Investment (RoI) are generally low. General Aviation, while less heavily regulated and being very much more diverse, is full of uncertainties and thus increased jeopardy in terms of both physical risk and finance. RoIs tend to be significantly less which can directly impact on Flight Safety. As such the realisation of safe and cost-efficient end-user operations is challenging.

The Eden Aviation Consultancy team have many years of both fixed wing and rotary aviation experience ranging from international airlines, Oil and Gas through to Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, mining and General Aviation.

All of Eden's Associates have security consulting backgrounds and have provided services to major industry players including Exxon Mobil, Chevron and MTN Telecommunications. Whilst the main thrust of our business is aviation-centred, there is, nevertheless, a strong overlap into security consultancy. ABOUT US
Eden Consulting was formed in 2012 by Andrew Watts. Andrew, a former British Army Air Corps pilot, airline pilot and Crisis Response Consultant foresaw the synergy between Specialist Aviation, VIP Security, Kidnap and Response and International Security requirements.

Eden Associates are pilots with military and commercial security backgrounds. As well as being experienced aviators we have significant experience in start-up Air Operations in remote and often challenging locations. We are able to deploy world-wide, analyse a company's aviation requirements and offer bespoke solutions which factor in the specific security requirements of that country or location. If required, Eden can also build an Air Operation from grass roots to full Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) replete with Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Response Plans, Evacuation Plans and Safety Management Systems (SMS).

We are also able to source aircrew, licensed engineers and CAA designated Nominated Post Holders to kick-start logistical air support without you having to worry about the complexities of the aviation industry. We can lease aircraft on your behalf, offer advice on purchase of quality used-aircraft or, if your project is long term, assist with procurement of exactly the right combination of new aircraft from the OEMs.
