Service Description

We will assess your Operational requirements and design a bespoke Emergency Response Plan that is relevant, usable and comprehensive. ERPs often get written to tick a box, get dusted down once a year and then forgotten about. At Eden Consulting, we believe that an ERP should be a 'live' and evolving document, regularly practised within a team that is comfortable with problem solving under stress. We conduct training sessions for Key Post Holders and can also train members of your team in how to conduct effective and regular training sessions.
