One of the most important documents an Air Operator will need is a Safety Case. This is a 'live' document that is constantly added to as new risks are identified, Risk Assessments conducted and then reassessed at a future, predetermined date. Air Operators and their Safety/Security Managers can stand or fall depending on the strength and veracity of their Safety Case. Eden Consulting are experts at conducting Risk Assessments and then using these to construct a real-time Library, otherwise known as the Safety Case. We can assist you to assess your current Risk Documentation or, if you're at start-up, design a bespoke system that can track your risk areas and update senior management accordingly.
